STONE WORLD GOLDZ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). STONE WORLD GOLDZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2. OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our store. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the device you use and its settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted in our store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case by case basis.

SECTION 3. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Simulated stones. Pieces described as set with simulated stones or simulated diamonds use man made stones that imitate the look of diamonds. They are not diamonds.
Moissanite. Moissanite is a lab created gemstone made of silicon carbide. It is not a diamond. Some moissanite registers as diamond on basic thermal testers because of how it conducts heat. That result does not make it a diamond, and advanced testers can tell the two apart. Any certificate supplied with a moissanite piece describes the moissanite and is issued by a third party, not by us.
Metals and plating. 18K gold plated means a thin layer of 18K gold over a base metal. 925 sterling silver is an alloy that is 92.5 percent silver. Plating is a surface finish. It wears with friction, sweat, water, lotions, perfume, chlorine and other chemicals, and gradual fading or wear from normal use is not a defect.
Care. Take your jewelry off before showering, swimming, working out or sleeping, keep it away from sprays and lotions, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it dry in its pouch.
Skin sensitivity. Plated and base metal jewelry can irritate sensitive skin. If you notice redness, itching or discoloration, stop wearing the piece, and see a doctor if it continues. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check a product's materials before you buy.
Sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. Chain, bracelet and ring sizes vary by style. Ordering the right size is your responsibility, and a wrong size is handled as a return and a new purchase under our Refund Policy.
Photos. Photos and videos show the style of each piece. Stone color, sparkle, plating tone and exact dimensions can vary slightly between production batches and between screens.

SECTION 4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. STONE WORLD GOLDZ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until STONE WORLD GOLDZ confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address and/or phone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices in our online store may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time we may offer promotions that affect pricing and that are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update it so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 6. DISCOUNT CODES AND THE DROP
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be canceled if obtained or used in violation of their terms or these Terms.
The Drop is a free game on our website. One entry per person. No purchase is necessary to play. Every entry wins one of the prizes shown on screen, each delivered as a discount code with the conditions shown when you win, such as a minimum order. The mystery gift requires you to add the stated item to your cart and meet the stated minimum order; it is limited to one per order and available while supplies last. We may cancel prize codes obtained through multiple entries, automated means or other abuse.

SECTION 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are made, stored and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Your order may ship from a facility other than our business address, including facilities outside the United States, and arrives in discreet packaging. Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Please check your shipping address before you order; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 8. TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from StoneWorldGoldz at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email stoneworldgoldz@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

STONE WORLD GOLDZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with STONE WORLD GOLDZ. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and STONE WORLD GOLDZ, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. If you chose Protected shipping, we replace orders that are lost or stolen in transit, as described in our Shipping Policy.
