Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Every order ships within 7 to 14 business days, inspected and packed discreetly, with tracking. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

What does shipping cost?
Your options and prices show at checkout before you pay. In the US, Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Every rate is listed in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
We email your tracking link when your order ships. Our Track Order page covers the rest.

Returns

Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us first and we will send the return address and next steps. What qualifies is spelled out in our Refund Policy.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

The pieces

Is it real gold or real diamonds?
Unless a listing says otherwise, our stones are moissanite or simulated diamonds, and our gold pieces are 18K gold plated, not solid gold. Every listing names its materials, and Section 3 of our Terms of Service explains each one.

How do I keep it looking new?
Take it off before showering, swimming, working out or sleeping. Keep it away from sprays and lotions, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear, and store it dry.

What size should I get?
Check the size guide on the product page. Stuck between two sizes? Email us before you order and we will help you pick.
