Track Order

Every order ships within 7 to 14 business days, inspected and packed discreetly. When it ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. Tap it to follow your piece to your door.

Can't find the email?
Check your spam and promotions folders. You can also open the View your order link in your order confirmation email to see your order status.

Still nothing?
Email stoneworldgoldz@gmail.com with your order number and we will send your tracking.

Tracking not moving?
Tracking can pause for a few days between scans. If it has not updated in 7 days, email us your order number and we will chase it.

Chose Protected shipping?
If your order is lost or stolen in transit, we replace it. See our Shipping Policy.
