Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Every StoneWorldGoldz order ships within 7 to 14 business days, inspected and packed discreetly.

Rates United States, Standard: $4.99, free on orders of $150 or more. Tracked. United States, Protected: $12.99. Tracked, and if your order is lost or stolen in transit, we replace it. International, Standard: $15. Tracked. International, Protected: $30. Tracked, with the same lost or stolen replacement. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. Those charges are paid by the buyer.

Processing and shipping Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment partners pause during major holidays, including Chinese New Year and China's National Day week (October 1 to 7). Orders placed around those dates take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Protected shipping If you chose Protected shipping and your order is lost or stolen in transit, email us within 30 days of the last tracking update with your order number. We send a replacement at no cost.

Late orders If we can't ship your order within 14 business days, we will email you a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Delivery estimates Delivery dates shown on our product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary during high demand seasons or due to carrier, customs or weather delays outside of our control.

Packaging and fulfillment Orders arrive in discreet packaging with no jewelry branding on the outside. Orders are fulfilled by our partners and may ship from facilities outside the United States.
